hello world!

INDIE Live Expo is quickly becoming a staple of the indie game scene. Since its debut back in the tumultuous 2020, INDIE Live Expo has continued to grow, especially this year with the “Summer Spotlight” Showcase earlier this year. Now, with Winter fast approaching, another showcase is on the horizon. The two-day event will be held on December 2nd and 3rd on the INDIE Live Expo YouTube channel, and it’s shaping up to be the best one yet.

INDIE Live Expo Winter will feature new information for games first shown off earlier in the year at the “Summer Spotlight.” These games include the open-world crafting survival game Omega Crafter and the romance JRPG Witch and Lilies. Are you in the mood to learn more about a psychological adventure game? Boyhood’s End will also have some new info dropped during the event. The debut title from the studio Fahrenheit 213 TSURUGIHIME will also get further info. Fun fact: Fahrenheit 213 is the studio founded by Yosuke Shiokawa of Kingdom Hearts II and Final Fantasy fame (also Fate/Grand Order for all you Fate fans). All this new info is coming at you over the two days, and you’re bound to see a game you want to try out.

It’s not all game reveals and news drops; the INDIE Live Expo Awards Ceremony will take place during the two days. This award ceremony will highlight the best of the best of Indie games from this year. There are a variety of categories, such as “Most Addictive Game” and “Late Bloom” awards. There’s also the “Grand Prize” award, which is what every Indie game is striving for. A panel of industry reviewers and journalists have come together to crown each award. Be sure to tune in to cheer on your favourite games and see if they take home the big one this year.

If you want to catch up on the “Summer Spotlight” event from earlier this year, you can check it out on the INDIE Live Expo YouTube channel.
