Nolan North joins us on the podcast for the first time with Drew Lewis to celebrate our 100th episode of the Replayer Podcast. Nolan and Drew share some really juicy behind-the-scenes talk and what it was like making Retro Replay. We also ask some burning questions provided by fellow replayers.
“100 episodes! Wow!! 2 years ago, when myself and Dan started this podcast, we had no idea that we would even get to 100 episodes; and to think we have had so many wonderful Replayers on our show, as well as to have Retro Replay cast and crew on our episodes and now to be featured on the Retro Replay website, it’s just been a dream come true.
I really want to extend my personal thanks to every single Replayer in the community to thank you all so much for your support. I have enjoyed meeting every one of you, and I and Dan can’t be more thankful for all of you, for all the guests and listeners, and supporters of our show. From the bottom of my heart, I’m truly so grateful to all of you. And of course, Retro Replay, I’m so grateful for everything your show has brought me, from fantastic entertainment, laughing till my sides hurt, and even a job in production and I’m so incredibly lucky and thankful to you all!
Big thank you to Dan for taking the leap with me to start this Podcast! It’s been so wonderful to do these shows with you and become good friends! Here’s to many more creative opportunities!”
“It’s been a crazy two years of The Replayer Podcast. It all started after watching my first episode of RR with Die Hard, then joining the live chat, and then meeting Pagan. Which in no time at all decided, “let’s do a podcast together”. From the beginning we just wanted to do something fun and creative that would allow us to meet and get to know other replayers and develop our skills to do more. Along with the dream to hopefully get Nolan and at the time Troy to come talk to us on the podcast. Now we finally got that dream, as Nolan North has come and chatted with us for almost an hour! Thank you.
I say as much in this episode, but want to say again. Thank you to Retro Replay, for my life is vastly different and better than it was when we started this. I met Brandy through the community, moved to Texas, became a stepdad, and have an amazing new life working with and for Retro Replay (not an employee of RR…. yet). Thank you to Pagan my partner in crime, for starting this journey with me. Thank you to Retro Replay and all the Replayers out there that have been guests and supported the show!”
